what is ESP
What is electrostatic precipitator（ESP）?
An electrostatic precipitator is a type of filter (dry scrubber) that uses static electricity to remove oil fume from exhaust
fumes before it exit from the exhaust pipe.
The core part of the ESP is the electric field.Engineers build up a honeycomb structure electric filed which is charged with a high voltage by high voltage power supply. Oil fume particles pick up a charge when they pass the charged electrodes. Then the charged oil fume particles are attracted to oppositely charged collecting cylinders.
As a result,85%-95% of oil fume will be removed！
Working principle:
Electrostatic remove oil fume technology is the use of the cathode in the high voltage electric field emitted electron and because of the negative ions generated by electron impact air to capture the soot particles, generally in the zero point can make the soot particle in a few seconds with enough charge a charged particle in the electric field is the function of electric field force,make the soot particles are anode adsorption, sedimentation at the anode, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying oil fume.
